About the Role

Apprentice in Distribution Logistics

Support central Distribution Logistics & customer support team (demand planning, logistics, transport, production optimization, customer support…)

  • Monitor forecasts versus backlog & propose key actions follow up

  • Monitor stock levels and provide alternatives to customers in case of shortage

  • Handle inbound and outbound shipments from warehouses

  • Insure proper collection & compliance of VAT & customs documents

  • Monthly Logistics & Transportation KPIs reporting to management

  • Participate in processes improvement and deployment

  • This flexible role will allow to participate in different cross functional projects

Requirements:

  • Student from an engineering or business school in Bac+4/5 in Supply Chain/Logistics

  • Apprenticeship contract of 1 year (renewable) starting in September 2026

  • Fluent English, any other European language is a plus

  • Basic ERP knowledge (JDE/SAP) required

  • Good Microsoft office & PowerBI knowledge required

  • Good analytic skills, tasks prioritization, autonomy, strong ability to adapt

  • Reporting to Senior Manager Distribution & SIOP

Apprenti en Logistique de Distribution


Missions :

Support à l’équipe centrale de Logistique de Distribution et au service client (planification de la demande, logistique, transport, optimisation de la production, support client…)

  • Suivi des prévisions par rapport au backlog et proposition des actions clés, avec suivi
  • Suivi des niveaux de stock et proposition d’alternatives aux clients en cas de rupture
  • Gestion des expéditions entrantes et sortantes depuis les entrepôts
  • Garantie de la bonne collecte et de la conformité des documents de TVA et de douane
  • Reporting mensuel des KPI Logistique & Transport auprès du management
  • Participation à l’amélioration et au déploiement des processus
  • Ce rôle flexible permettra de participer à différents projets transverses
     

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant en école d’ingénieurs ou de commerce, niveau Bac+4/5, spécialisé en Supply Chain / Logistique
  • Contrat d’apprentissage de 1 an (renouvelable), démarrant en septembre 2026
  • Anglais courant, toute autre langue européenne est un plus
  • Connaissances de base d’un ERP (JDE / SAP) requises
  • Bonnes connaissances de Microsoft Office et de PowerBI requises
  • Bonnes capacités d’analyse, priorisation des tâches, autonomie, forte capacité d’adaptation
  • Rattachement hiérarchique : Senior Manager Distribution & SIOP
