About the Role

About the Position

As a Working Student in Controlling, you will be an integral part of our team, helping us to manage financial processes and enable informed business decisions. You will gain deep insights into the basics of controlling and apply your knowledge in financial analysis, budgeting and planning, as well as variance analysis. You will utilize advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to prepare data and create insightful reports. Your analytical skills and communication skills will be crucial in clearly presenting complex matters and conveying them to the team. Must-Have Skills

  • Solid understanding of controlling fundamentals
  • Initial experience in financial analysis
  • Familiarity with budgeting and planning processes
  • Knowledge of actual-vs-plan variance analysis
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, especially pivot tables and formulas
  • Proficient use of MS PowerPoint for presenting results
  • Strong analytical skills and a good grasp of numbers
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Initial experience with SAP (especially FI/CO)
  • Knowledge of cost and performance accounting
  • Experience with reporting systems
