About the Role

Production Engineering Intern

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic Production Engineering Interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Cell Leads, Team Leaders, and Operators on the shopfloor to support daily production activities.
  • Assist in the creation, review, and standardization of OPLs (One Point Lessons) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to CIL & CL activities.
  • Support capability-building initiatives by translating technical processes into simple, visual, and operator-friendly standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Help maintain proper documentation and reporting using MS Office tools.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering student or fresh graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Shopfloor-oriented with willingness to learn in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Team player with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
