About the Role

Global Trade Investment Intern

Hi 👋
We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Global Investment Trade Intern.

The candidate will join the Trade Investment team within our Commercial Strategy & Business Development function, supporting the team in the management, monitoring and optimization of trade investments related to commercial agreements across different markets.


📊 Your day-to-day activities:

  • Formalization and management of Export commercial agreements to be shared with customers
  • Verification of targets at expiry for double-check purposes with CSM to ensure continuous alignment
  • Regular checks with Finance for monthly closings, accrual management, and budget/forecast uploads
  • Invoice management with Accounting for posting in SAP and subsequent release for payment
  • Ad hoc analysis of trade spending trends by Business Unit / country


💡 Who we’re looking for:

  • You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Start date: July or September 2026
  • You’re fluent in Italian and English
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • You have good Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • You’re precise, organized and comfortable working with data and cross-functional stakeholders
  • You’re eager to learn how commercial and financial processes work in an international environment
