Responsibilities 

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects which include time study of Gate 1 technology insertion projects, visual factory improvement and standard work.

  • Assist the Cell Leader and Engineers on day-to-day running of manpower planning and output execution.

  • Conduct time and process studies for GTF engine and module disassembly; helping to set and define capacity through study of Processes.

  • To support the existing operation structure, create standard work and reporting materials.

  • Collect, compute, and evaluate Gate 1 turn-back on ETAT by product and process to identify key drivers and ETAT reduction opportunities.

  • Pareto analysis the turn-backs received for GTF inspection availability and present actual variance reports.

  • Assist in daily production tracking and provide analytical recommendations to improve the tracking systems.

  • Create a visual factory at cell level to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements 

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines

  • Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word)

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Possess good project management skills.
