Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional Intern, Regional Marketing to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing to support marketing activities around automation, automation technologies and digital transformation.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:

Turn complex concepts into compelling messages for different channels and for designated audiences.

Deliver well-researched content (blog articles, social media posts, videos, video storyboards etc) with a creative spin, on time and on brief.

Work closely with the Marketing team to organise and coordinate events, Workato flagship conferences like World of Workato Singapore, ancillary WOW events, and other industry events.

Project manage multiple event vendors to ensure all pre and post event tasks are promptly followed-up.

Support Customer Marketing initiatives by building champions for Workato and driving customer loyalty and engagement through events, rewards programmes and documenting use cases.

Work with the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop marketing materials.

Work closely with the Design team to optimize visual content and message.

Build AI content workflows to drive productivity and brand coherence, and utilise AI tools to drive awareness in AI search.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
-
Currently pursuing a Business / Marketing Degree / Diploma, or has 1-2 years relevant experience from previous employment.
-
Experience with coordinating events (live and virtual), and virtual event platforms (Zoom Webinars etc.) is an advantage.

Excellent copywriting and presentation skills
-
Knowledge of, and interest in producing content for different channels, e.g. websites, blogs, social media, video platforms.

Familiarity building workflows and projects on AI platforms like Claude and ChatGPT.
-
Experience with writing in a B2B setting is a plus.
-
Knowledge of video editing or design software is not necessary but will be an advantage.

Detail-oriented, hands-on attitude, strong execution and project management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
