Job Description

What will you do?

The HR Intern is an integral part of our Human Resources team, responsible for managing various HR processes related to learning and development and company projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Learning and Development Support (70%):

  • Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication
  • Track employee training records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of completed training sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting and analyzing feedback from participants.
  • Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, and resources.
  • Support the implementation of e-learning platforms and digital learning tools, including the operation of internal AI-focused CoP (Community of Practice) channels

Administrative Support (20%):

  • Assist with employee relations activities, such as organizing employee events, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including employee hobby club management and award program etc.

Ad-hoc Projects (10%):

  • Contribute to various HR projects, including initiatives leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and employee experience
  • Provide general administrative support to HR, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Provide Support HRBP in response to labor law amendments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (including those on a leave of absence)
  • Previous intern experience in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English is plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and ability to apply them to improve work efficiency is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other Design tool is plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
