We rely on advanced technology to deliver orders to our customers in a fast way. Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders -

• AI Transformation Team
  Build and optimize AI-powered products, agents, and automations by combining product thinking, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted development. Design workflows, prompts, and agent logic, integrate AI systems with tools and APIs, and deliver functional MVPs that enhance business operations, research, sales, and internal productivity. Use modern AI platforms and coding tools to turn ideas into scalable, user-centric solutions. 
  
  
• Accounting Team
  Manage daily bank transaction recording in Treasury, review invoices and hub settlements within Accounts Payable (AP), and oversee the review and recording of fixed asset transactions in the General Ledger (GL) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 
  
  
• Data Analysis Team ( Operations Core )
  
  Support operations reporting, build and maintain dashboards, clean and analyze datasets, and deliver insights to drive FC performance.
  
  
• Product Team
  Lead Bosta’s web and mobile products by combining Product Management, Product Design, and Data Science to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience, logistics operations, and internal business tools.
   
• Operations Team
  Managing daily pickup and delivery operations, coordinating with couriers and hubs, ensuring SLA compliance, and resolving operational issues to deliver a smooth and reliable customer experience.
• People and Culture Team:
  Manage talent acquisition, employee experience, performance, and organizational culture while partnering closely with leadership and all teams to build a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven workplace.

• Students who are currently enrolled in the final semester of Management Technology, General Management, Accounting, or a relevant program are eligible to apply. This position offers the opportunity for full-time employment after graduation.
• Graduates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Management Technology, General Management, Accounting, or a relevant program
