We are looking for a Junior Designer Runway BOSS Menswear (f/m/d) who is excited to shape our collections in a dynamic, international environment. With your passion for fit, proportion and garment construction, you will help us translate our design vision into modern, premium silhouettes that embody the BOSS brand.

What you can expect:

• Support and actively contribute to research and development for the respective MPG based on the creative briefing
• Contribute to design concepts, silhouettes, and seasonal ideas within the Design Lab Runway & Special Projects environment, including creating sketches, mood boards, and visual concepts
• Support the end-to-end development process – from preparing and handing over sketches, fabrics, and ideas to participating in fittings and ensuring collection timelines are met
• Collaborate closely with key interfaces such as Concept Design, Graphic Design, Brand Management, Fabric Management, Collection Coordination, Pattern and Technical Product Development
• Take ownership of assigned tasks within the collection timeline, including preparation and follow-up of milestone meetings (internal and external), as well as trend, innovation, cultural and competitor research

Your profile:

• Strong understanding of contemporary fashion, runway trends and cultural references
• Conceptual and creative mindset with strong visual communication skills (both digital and hand sketching)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a confident and proactive working style
• High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong attention to detail in fittings, materials and execution
• Very good English skills and excellent command of Illustrator, Photoshop and CLO 3D; experience with AI tools and SAP/PLM as a plus, ideally backed by first professional experience in menswear design (internship or junior role
