About the Role
The Tactical Procurement Intern will support the supply chain and production teams by assisting with material requirement planning, inventory control, and supply monitoring. The intern will help ensure that raw materials and components are available to meet production schedules, while minimizing excess inventory and supply disruptions. This role offers practical experience in ERP systems, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination, providing a foundational understanding of materials planning within a manufacturing or logistics environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in Analyzing material requirements based on production Schedule.
- Be the responsible for Open Order, Open Requisition reports.
- Update KPIs of the department
- Monitor Supplier Delivery performance and adherence result.
- Engineering changes analysis.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and identify shortages and Excess.
- Participate in Process improvements initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field. (5th-6th Semester)
- Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory – able to communicate with international suppliers via email and video call.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas).
- Desirable Power Bi.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
