About the Role
<div><strong>About the Role :<br></strong>We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to our hiring processes.<br><br><strong>The charter for this role will include:<br></strong></div><ul><li>Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.</li><li>Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.</li><li>Organize and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.</li><li>Ensure the ATS is up-to-date with current job postings, candidate profiles, and recruitment status.</li><li>Track and manage candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline, from application to onboarding.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Ideal Persona would:<br></strong></div><ul><li>Be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proactive and detail-oriented</li><li>Passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition<br><br></li></ul><div><strong>Location</strong>: HSR Layout, Sector 6, Bangalore</div><div><br></div>
