Ready to make an impact?<br><br></div><div><strong>The charter for this role will include:</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;"><li><p>Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and business teams to deeply understand the problems you're solving for our customers, and explore multiple high-level approaches to solving them&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Design our UI elements and shape our UX as our products mature and scale.</p></li><li><p>Create prototypes and perform usability testing/guerilla testing of your design work</p></li><li><p>Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">Contribute in evolving our design patterns and standards<span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;"><br><br></span></p></li></ul><div><strong>Ideal Persona:</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;"><li><p>Someone with prior internship experience is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Someone with working knowledge of the Figma and how component libraries/design systems are set up.</p></li><li><p>Has an eye for detail and loves turning ideas into visually compelling designs.</p></li><li><p>A true focus on the customer—you make your design decisions based on research, including interviews, usability testing and quantitative data.</p></li><li><p>⁠⁠A passion to learn and grow every day and curious about the “why” of design, as well as the “what”</p></li><li><p>⁠⁠Experience working on consumer facing products where you have been through the life-cycle of design and release iterations (Optional).</p></li><li><p>Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design innovation.</p></li></ul>
