About the Role
<p>The <a href="http://www.mintinc-usa.com" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">Mint inc.</a> community empowers young minority professionals with an interdisciplinary network for learning, collaboration, and the development of entrepreneurial ventures. In alignment with our mission to positively impact the young, minority community, we are seeking 2 talented social media interns to join our team! This position is <strong><u>UNPAID</u></strong> and in place to provide marketable experience for a college student with a passion for digital communications. As a social media intern, you'll learn how to lead growth campaigns for this new promising startup.</p><p>Must have at least one year of experience planning social media calendars, creating social media posts and assisting the Executive team with brainstorming campaigns. This flexible remote internship requires approximately 10-15 hours per week based upon intern availability and workload.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: xx-large;">What You'd Bring to the Table</span></p><p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Proactively develop marketing collateral from new and existing content to promote brand (e.g., graphics, videos, etc)</li><li>Create content and growth strategy for social media</li><li>Engage with online communities in an authentic and meaningful way</li><li>Reviewing and analyzing metrics on all digital channels</li></ul><p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: xx-large;">You have</span></p><p><br></p><ul><li>At least one year of experience social media management, content creation, and graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)</li><li>Experience working with a startup (preferred)</li><li>Eager to learn digital marketing trends (required)</li><li>Passionate about developing the next generation of minority leaders (required)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Soft Skills: Creative, Independent, Reliable</p><p style="text-align: center;">Think you are an ideal candidate?
