About the Role
<p>Lead strategic & operational projects within the LatAm Cluster, while support Management Team decisions through business analysis, financial information and analytical insights.</p><p></p><p>He/She will join the LatAm Finance team reporting to the CFO.</p><p></p><p><u>Main functions and tasks:</u></p><ul><li>Lead strategic & operational projects</li><li>Identify key risk & opportunities to maximize efficiency of the business decisions</li><li>Drive initiatives to boost business performance and optimization</li><li>Perform regular and ad-hoc business & financial analysis</li><li>Understand business performance and provide insightful outputs</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Desired Qualifications and Skills:</u></p><ul><li>Above 6 years of experience in Advisory, Audit or similar position</li><li>Sound analytic skills and good understanding of business drivers and KPI´s</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of BI tools</li><li>Extensive experience building data models and conducting complex business analysis</li><li>Communication & presentation skills - written and verbal at senior Level</li><li>Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese would be a plus</li></ul><p></p><p><u>General Competencies</u></p><ul><li>Teamwork</li><li>Intellectual curiosity</li><li>Strong critical thinking and analytical skills</li><li>Highly self-motivated and passionate</li><li>Proven multi-tasker</li><li>Results oriented and used to work under tight deadlines</li><li>Adaptability </li><li>Customer service orientation </li><li>Initiative for anticipating and meeting business demands</li><li>Hands-on and committed</li><li>Looking for candidates with potential to grow with the organization</li></ul><p></p>
