<p>¡NUEVA OPORTUNIDAD DE CARRERA!</p><p></p><p><b>¿Tenés ganas de crecer en la compañía y convertirte en Formador de Alto Rendimiento de Verisure Argentina?</b></p><p></p><p>¡Llegó la oportunidad que esperabas!</p><p><br />Estamos buscando Formadores para el Área de Ventas, que quieran desarrollarse en esta posición durante 6 meses para convertirse en los próximos Líderes de nuestra fuerza de venta. En este período van a adquirir herramientas de liderazgo y habilidades para construir equipos de alto rendimiento.</p><p>¿Qué esperamos de vos?</p><p><u>Experiencia y resultados:</u><br />- 6 meses de antigüedad en la Compañía.<br />- Cumplimiento de objetivos en los últimos 4 meses.<br />- 50% de ventas RP durante el último cuatrimestre.</p><p><u>Habilidades y competencias:</u><br />- Conocimiento y análisis de KPIs.<br />- Capacidad de identificar necesidades formativas para diseñar nuevas herramientas.<br />- Actitud comercial, buena comunicación, dinamismo y capacidad de adaptación.<br />- Ambición para seguir creciendo y capacidad de motivar a otros.<br />- Promover nuestro modelo de venta + instalación.<br />- Haber demostrado predisposición para acompañar a otros vendedores / instaladores.<br />- Cumplir con el ADN de la Compañía.<br />- Manejo de herramientas informáticas (Word, Power Point, Excel, Cava etc).<br />- Feedback favorable por parte del Master, Gerente, HRBP y Formación.</p><p></p><p>Si estás interesado en aplicar a la posición, accede directamente haciendo click en "solicitar"</p>
