About the Role

 

Deine Aufgaben:

 

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Schulungs- und Trainingsmaterialien (inkl. Praxisnaher Fallbeispiele) für Lean- und JBS-Themen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Organisatorische Vor- und Nachbereitung von Schulungen
  • Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Lean-Workshops (z. B. 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Wertstromanalyse)
  • Unterstützung bei Lean-Projekten direkt im Werk – von Gemba-Walks bis zur Begleitung kleiner Verbesserungsinitiativen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Shopfloor-Management-Tools (z. B. Kennzahlenboards, Daily Management Routinen)
  • Datenauswertung und Visualisierung (z. B. Power BI, Excel) zur Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Entwicklung, Überarbeitung und Durchführung von interaktiven Schulungen zur Nutzung von Miro, inkl. Beantwortung von Anwenderfragen
  • Kommunikation & Vernetzung: Austausch mit Teams aus Produktion, Qualität und Logistik, Einkauf, um Verbesserungsideen voranzubringen

 

 

Dein Profil:

 

  • Immatrikulation in einem Studiengang mit Bezug zu Betriebswirtschaft und / oder Ingenieurwesen (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik o.ä.)
  • Interesse an Lean Management, Operational Excellence und Shopfloor-Themen
  • Freude an Teamarbeit sowie daran, aktiv mit Kolleg*innen aus verschiedenen Bereichen zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Offenheit – du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und kannst Ideen verständlich vermitteln
  • Strukturiertes und analytisches Denken, gepaart mit einer Prise Kreativität und Eigeninitiative
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Erfahrung in Power BI/SharePoint von Vorteil)
