About the Role

Mechatroniker (m/w/d) sind in den unterschiedlichsten Unternehmen verschiedener Branchen, z.B. im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau sowie in der Chemie- oder Fahrzeugindustrie, tätig und bauen aus mechanischen, pneumatischen, hydraulischen und elektronischen Bestandteilen komplexe mechatronische Systeme. Nach der Fertigstellung installierst du die Steuerungssoftware und nimmst diese in Betrieb. Außerdem bist du für die Instandhaltung dieser mechatronischen Systeme verantwortlich.

 

Voraussetzungen:

  • Realschulabschluss (Berufsfachschule Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik wünschenswert), Fachhochschulreife oder Hochschulreife
  • Gute Mathematikkenntnisse
  • Hohes Maß an Sorgfalt, Flexibilität und Lernbereitschaft
  • Technisches Verständnis    

 

Ausbildungsinhalte u.a.:

  • Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung von mechatronischen Systemen
  • Aufbau und Kontrolle von elektrischen, pneumatischen und hydraulischen Steuerungen
  • Elektroinstallationen und Messung sowie Prüfung elektrischer Größen
  • Umgang mit technischen Unterlagen, z.B. Schaltpläne oder Bedienungsanleitungen
  • Hard- und Softwarekomponenten installieren und testen
  • Mechatronische Systeme prüfen, instand setzen und warten

 

Ausbildungsdauer: 3½ Jahre (Verkürzung nach Absprache möglich)
