You will also work with Engineering, Marketing and Creative to deliver projects on time and within budget.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the management of CMF Development for all new products</li> <li>Create, track and maintain the color specifications (ID SPECS)</li> <li>Develop proposals for Color Palette targeted for different retailers</li> <li>Collect, organize, archive CMF samples from supplier into a material library</li> <li>Track consumer trends and contribute to the creation of trends reports</li> <li>Develop an understanding of manufacturing process and well-crafted products</li> <li>Assist in the development and implementation of complex and innovative concepts</li> <li>Interact daily to discuss design with APAC manufacturing team and suppliers</li> <li>Work closely with the Compliance team</li> <li>Support UI design, Icon design, and Rating/Warning label creation</li> </ul> <p><strong>ATTRIBUTES &amp; SKILLS:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Applicants must be in at least their third year of a bachelor’s program, enrolled in a master’s program, or have graduated from either program within the past year</li> <li>Must have demonstrated strong aptitude for Keyshot rendering&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule<em> </em>with 5 days per week onsite in Needham, MA</li> <li>Strong skill/knowledge in the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)</li> <li>Interest in color communication towards international standards</li> <li>Familiarity and experience with Pantone, NCS, SPI, YickSang and Mold-Tech, etc.</li> </ul> <p><strong>SAMPLES REQUIRED: </strong></p> <ul> <li>In addition to a resume, please provide samples of your work.</li> <li>You can link samples in your resume or add as “cover letter”.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Please note that, due to the high volume of applications for early talent roles, response times may vary depending on the specific role and timeline.
