About the Role

About our group:

Our organization is known as Slider Process and is located at Seagate Korat slider factory. We are looking for an Intern who ability to take responsibility for cleaning process. The road map of our team is to support future product requirement and improve cleanliness and defect quality.

About the role - you will:

  • Be understanding theoretical of slider cleaning system including aqueous/surfactant cleaning system, and solvent cleaning system.
  • Be responsible for cleaning process, finding root cause, improving activity to meet cleanliness requirement and defect quality per business roadmap.
  • Act as project owner and track the progress.

About you:

  • Able to design an experiment, prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to effectively plan, control and take responsibility for timeline and status update.
  • Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written.
  • Capable of communicating in a complex situation with the cross-function support team.
  • Teamwork, well-organization, presentation skills, open-minded and good attitude.

Your experience includes:

  • Currently a student in bachelor’s degree in engineering, i.e., chemical engineering, material engineering.
  • Good knowledge of flammable solvent, surfactant chemical, and corrosive chemical.
  • Technical background of material characterization (mechanical, optical, chemical, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experienced in data analysis (JAMP, Phyton, SQL, KNIME) is preferred.

Korat, Thailand
