Business related transportation and expenses will be paid by the organization. <em><strong>This intern will work full-time through the summer of 2026..&nbsp;</strong></em>The internship is located out of <em><strong>either our Lakeville, MN or Sun Prairie office locations</strong></em>.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The contributions you will make:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Marketing Intern will work with the Compeer segment marketing team, supporting all corresponding products and services. The intern will be exposed to multiple facets of marketing strategies and plan implementation, specifically related to the agricultural and rural lifestyle client portfolios.</p> <p><strong>The skills and experience we prefer you have:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Working towards completing a marketing or ag business degree.</li> <li>Strong interest in agriculture industry.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of computers and software applications, such as Excel and Word.</li> <li>Solid organizational, interpersonal, time management, written and oral communication skills required.</li> <li>Detail-oriented; accuracy and attention to detail are essential.</li> <li>Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.</li> <li>Proven ability to demonstrate solid judgment and flexibility and thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.</li> </ul> <p>#IND200</p> <p><strong>How we will take care of you:</strong></p> <p>Actual hourly rate offered is dependent upon year in school, work experience, transferable skills, business needs and market demands.
