About the Role
<p><strong>About Jupito</strong><br>Jupito is a discussion-led AI platform where people talk to AI Humans (peers and experts) in a safe circle. We’re building a new way for quietly overloaded minds to process thoughts, emotions, and decisions.<br><br></p><p><strong>Role:&nbsp;</strong><br>We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our team. You’ll help us shape Jupito’s visual identity across Instagram, ads, and product creatives.<br><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media (especially Instagram &amp; Reels).</p></li><li><p>Support ad creative production (carousels, stories, short clips).</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the marketing team to translate concepts into scroll-stopping visuals.</p></li><li><p>Experiment with styles (minimalist, notes-app, lofi, meme-inspired) to find what resonates.</p></li><li><p>Maintain consistency with Jupito’s brand tone: warm, approachable, safe.<br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proficiency in Canva / Figma / Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).</p></li><li><p>Strong sense of color, typography, and composition.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with social-first design trends (Insta, TikTok, Threads).</p></li><li><p>Bonus: Basic video editing skills, Comfort with AI-generation tools.</p></li><li><p>Someone curious, experimental, and open to feedback.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Perks</strong></p><ul><li><p>Hands-on exposure to early-stage startup marketing.</p></li><li><p>Creative freedom + guidance from the founding team.</p></li><li><p>Internship certificate + potential for full-time role.<br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 3 months (extendable)<br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote (Only for candidates based in India)<br><strong>Stipend:</strong> 15000<br><strong>Note:</strong> Only for immediate joiners.<br><br></p><p><strong>Interview Process</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>Application Screening</strong> → Shortlist based on portfolio and resume.</p></li><li><p><strong>Task Round</strong> → Small design + video editing task to assess skills.</p></li><li><p><strong>Interview</strong> → Quick call with the team to discuss creativity, style, and fit.</p></li><li><p><strong>Final Selection</strong> → Offer letter + onboarding.</p></li></ol>
