About the Role
<div><strong>Title: Business Development Trainee (USA Market)</strong><br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Moti Nagar, New Delhi<br><strong>Job Type:</strong> Internship (On-Site, Training Position)<br><strong>Shift Timings:</strong> 06:30 PM till 03:30 AM (Night Shift)<br><strong>Training Period:</strong> 3 Months<br><strong>Stipend:&nbsp;</strong>₹20,000 per month (Eligible for PPO after 3 months)<br><br>We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Trainee for the USA Market to join our expanding team. This role is designed for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in the freight brokerage industry while gaining hands-on experience. The selected candidates will undergo a structured training program for 3 months, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on excellent performance.<br><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br>The responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to, the following:<br><br>1. Prospecting new customers to foster growth and create new opportunities.<br><br>2. Evaluating business growth initiatives and highlighting areas of improvement.<br><br>3. Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients to meet logistics needs.<br><br>4. Assisting in driving customer acquisition through leads and converting customer queries into successful orders.<br><br>5. Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.<br><br>6. Collaborating with other departments to provide regular updates and reports on logistics operations.<br><br>7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to deliver exceptional service.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements</strong><br><br>1. Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred.<br><br>2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required.<br><br>3. Proficiency in spoken and written English with excellent interpersonal skills.<br><br>4. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.<br><br>5. Basic knowledge of computer systems, including spreadsheets and databases.<br><br>6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.<br><br>7.
