2026 Launch Program: Business Analyst Intern

<p><strong>This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp.</strong></p> <p>Skip the “entry-level grunt-work,” and start making a real impact on Day 1. As part of the Red Ventures Launch program internship, you’ll find unparalleled opportunities to gain exposure to the role and learn what it’s like to work at RV over the 11-week summer internship period with the goal of getting a full-time return offer for the following summer.</p> <p>You’ll start with a large cohort of interns who will be your community as you navigate the RV internship environment together. You will experience in-depth onboarding and extended training to help you learn the ropes, accelerate your growth, and further hone your skills. After getting ramped up, you will join your assigned RV team, meet your manager and mentor, and gain hands-on industry experience to invest in your career growth. Interns will also get the chance to get to know the Charlotte area and the RV culture through engagement events and social impact opportunities.</p> <p>The Launch Program internship is NOT a chance to sit on the sidelines to learn how we do things. It’s your chance to dive in headfirst and take advantage of a 10-week vision into the work we do, learn from our top mentors, and get a jump start into your Red Ventures career while still in school.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Join a team within Red Ventures — such as SEO, Paid Media, Customer Experience, or Business Operations — where you’ll contribute to meaningful projects while gaining exposure to how each function drives impact across the business.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Build a diverse skill set by working across multiple functions, learning to flex between different types of problems, and adapting to where the business needs you most.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Take on a dedicated project focused on solving a complex, ambiguous business challenge. You’ll be responsible for shaping the problem, defining measurable outcomes, and driving it from idea to recommendation — thinking strategically about the big picture while diving deep into details to uncover new opportunities.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Leverage data processing and analytical tools to explore large datasets, identify insights, and surface trends that inform business strategy and drive smarter decisions.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Evaluate the impact of your work, synthesizing findings into clear, actionable recommendations that influence outcomes and align stakeholders.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Take ownership of your workstreams, proactively identifying where technology, data, or innovative thinking can be applied to solve business challenges in new and impactful ways.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Graduating Summer 2027 with a relevant undergraduate degree such as (but not limited to) business, data analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or a combination of these.</li> <li>Internship start date in our June 2026 cohort.</li> <li>Strong grit and learning mentality when faced with challenging projects, unfamiliar technology, and ambiguous business problems.</li> <li>Willingness to innovate by exercising discernment, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and creativity using limited information.</li> <li>Bias to action and a committed, intrinsically motivated effort toward raising the bar through constant learning and improvement.</li> <li>Ability to collect, mine, and manipulate data from disparate data sources, with a willingness to dig deeper and understand the process that creates data.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to drive decisions and behavior changes through analytical capabilities and data-driven solutions, and the ability to measure and analyze the impact of these solutions.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and effectively communicate these insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Foundational analytics toolkit - data extraction, manipulation, and visualizations (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel).</li> <li>Nice to Have: Familiarity with machine learning, statistical modeling, and optimization, with hands-on experience working directly or indirectly on a related problem.
