About the Role
<p><b><span class="emphasis">Job Overview</span></b></p><p></p><p>Are you passionate about commercial real estate, maps & measurements, and how terminals come together? Our <b>Aviation Real Estate Internship</b> places you at the intersection of tenants, facilities, finance, and operations. As an intern, you’ll support the team that manages tenant space across the airport—helping maintain the Space Inventory System (SIS), a CADD-based platform used to prepare lease exhibits, calculate areas, and track premises within the terminals. You’ll learn how space decisions affect the terminal footprint, airport layout, and day-to-day operations while building real skills in data, drafting, and stakeholder coordination. Interested? Apply today!</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><b>What you will be doing:</b></b></p><ul><li><p>Prepare and/or present written, oral, and electronic presentations to management staff.</p></li><li><p>Participate in a variety of professional development activities providing practical experience in the application of academic skills toward the solution of business problems.</p></li><li><p>Participate in project work assisting department professionals developing procedures, performing financial, operational, or business analysis, or <span><span>developing/evaluating</span></span> performance measures.</p></li><li><p>May compile business or operational data; assist in forecasting activity levels; assist in developing business solutions to department or organizational problems.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>What you need:</b></b></p><ul><li><p>Must be an active student in a bachelor's degree program in <span>architecture, engineering, interior design, or a related field</span> <span>.</span></p></li><li><p>18 years of age or older.</p></li><li><p>Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>What we desire:</b></b></p><ul><li><p>Current, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher from one of the following universities (University of North Texas, University of Texas at Arlington, University of Texas at Dallas, Paul Quinn College, or University of Oklahoma)</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><i>We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
