Bring your personable, professional, and hard-working personality to Comstock and apply today!</div> <p><strong>Internship Details</strong></p> <ul> <li>This program will run from June 1st through August 7th</li> <li>This is a paid internship.&nbsp;</li> <li>On-site requirement&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div><strong>Perks</strong></div> <ul> <li>Housing Discount for all Residential interns!</li> <li>Competitive hourly rate with commission.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Meet and greet all customers, explain benefits of community&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage social media platforms for community&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform administrative duties as needed and necessary to complete leasing process</li> <li>Assist in preparing various marketing and sales reports&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests</li> <li>Analyze operations and marketing initiatives throughout internship and prepare presentation for Comstock’s leadership team on your findings&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Real Estate, Sales or in a related field is preferred.</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Must be able to work weekends</strong></li> <li>Prior industry internship/work experience and an interest in Real Estate is a plus&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel</li> <li>Exceptional oral and written communication skills</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and customer service skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast paced environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment and learn in a growing organization.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Self-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervision</li> </ul>
