Interns will utilize their communication, detail-oriented, and collaborative skills and learn what it’s like to work in a culture-driven, corporate environment. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Meet and greet all customers, explain benefits of community </li>
<li>Manage social media platforms for community </li>
<li>Perform administrative duties as needed and necessary to complete leasing process</li>
<li>Assist in preparing various marketing and sales reports </li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests</li>
<li>Analyze operations and marketing initiatives throughout internship and prepare presentation for Comstock’s leadership team on your findings </li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Real Estate, Sales or in a related field is preferred.</li>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Must be able to work weekends</strong></li>
<li>Prior industry internship/work experience and an interest in Real Estate is a plus </li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel</li>
<li>Exceptional oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and customer service skills </li>
<li>Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast paced environment </li>
<li>Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment and learn in a growing organization.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. </li>
<li>Self-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervision</li>
