The ideal hires will thrive in a creative, dynamic work environment. As a member of the Product Development team, you will bring together a creative product marketing role and technical outlook to our creative efforts to ensure that imaginative but credible solutions populate our ambitious product roadmap. This role will be part of our growing Ninja Product Development team, working on a variety of new innovative kitchen products. Alongside the product development team, you will help bring new innovative products to market.</p> <p><strong>Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Product Development team members to help with the successful product launches of new and cutting-edge products</li> <li>Aid Product Developers with maintaining their businesses through:</li> <li>Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Creative teams on updates to product packaging, instruction guides, and more</li> <li>Track our competitive landscape and providing analysis for areas of opportunity</li> <li>Own item (SKU) creation and accessory development for Domestic &amp; International product launches</li> <li>Coordinate and execute of consumer research activities with internal and external testers in collaboration with Consumer Insights team</li> <li>Track of findings and action items from consumer research and product reviews</li> <li>Conduct ad-hoc analytical deep dives into consumer reviews – both Ninja products and competitors – to understand the consumer’s point of view</li> <li>Aid Product Developers with technical needs through:</li> <li>Monitor international line extension testing</li> <li>Partner with Culinary team members to conduct KPI testing/product definition holder&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with Engineering counterparts to support thermal mapping&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare samples for retailer meetings</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;ATTRIBUTES &amp; SKILLS:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master's program</li> <li>Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule<em> </em>with 5 days &nbsp;per week onsite in Needham, MA</li> <li>The ideal candidate will have completed at least one prior internship or co-op in a marketing or consumer products role</li> <li>Great communication skills</li> <li>Self-starter, energetic, keen to learn</li> <li>Flexible in approach</li> <li>An entrepreneurial mindset</li> <li>Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment</li> <li>A collaborative team player who has strong communication and interpersonal skills, while also having the ability to sprint on “individual” projects.</li> <li>You should be eager to learn and ask questions.
