About the role:

As a Continuous Improvement intern you will help implement the principles of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing, to strengthen manufacturing processes, avoiding quality problems and increasing safety.

 

You will report to the Continuous Improvement Manager and be located at our Monfalcone, Italy, site. You will have an onsite working schedule. The internship is for 6 months and will start January 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support to analyze and improve process, reduce the variability of process outputs and improve compliance with ethical and quality requirements

  • Define and monitor specific KPIs through customized digital tools and promote visibility of the indicators and results obtained

  • Help analyze the causes and non-conformities and work stoppage to identify the causes of quality and safety issues

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in 2nd year or recent graduate of a technical diploma or bachelor's degree program at a university with a minimum average grade of 75%

  • English fluency at A2/B1 level
