About the role:

Westinghouse Mangiarotti si configura come leader mondiale nella fabbricazione di Grandi Apparecchiature a Pressione e Scambiatori di Calore per l'Industria Nucleare secondo elevati standard di sicurezza e qualità.

We are looking for a Procurement Program Management Intern to support international procurement programs and projects.

 

You will report to the Global Sr Manager, GSCS and be located at our Monfalcone, Italy, site. You will have a hybrid working schedule. The internship is for 6 months and will start January 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help develop sourcing and procurement strategies and plans together with Offer and Project Teams. Identify and capture the demand, identified potential suppliers.

  • Support in the Preparation and coordination of the RFx Process and establish sourcing strategies for suppliers and services:

  • Support the analysis and the evaluation of all elements of cost for commodity groups to identify cost improvements. Help develop the strategies to maximize supplier base cost/value.

  • Use the corporate Approved Supplier List Process for sourcing requirements.

  • Support the Contract preparation and purchasing process

  • Help manage supply and supplier commitments after purchase order or contract is made, including change and contract management.

Qualifications:

 

  • Enrolled in 2nd year or recent graduate of bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field at a university with a minimum average grade of 75%

  • English fluency at B2 level, any additional languages is a plus (Czech, Romanian, Polish, French, Italian, Spanish,…).
