IT Procurement Intern (Global)

Internship Period: 12 January 2026 - 31 July 2026

Internship Overview

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global IT procurement within a leading financial institution. Intern will work closely with cross-functional IT teams to support digital transformation, data analytics, and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Job Description:

•    Support the digitalization of IT procurement spend data and key reports.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to define problem statements, gather data, and develop analytics models.
•    Assist in category management and spend analysis to support sourcing strategies
•    Assist in enhancing global supplier management framework and procedures.
•    Conduct market research and apply industry best practices to generate actionable insights.
•    Contribute to the preparation and reporting of procurement KPIs and project status updates.
•    Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Job Requirements:

•    Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
•    Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
•    Interest in procurement, technology, or financial services is preferred.

This internship role is based in Singapore. It is open to Singaporean and PR students only.
