About the Role

ERM Iberia is looking for an intern to join our Health & Safety team in Madrid or Barcelona.

As this is an internship, you must be currently enrolled in a university which is able to sign a "convenio de prácticas universitarias". Additionally, we are looking for students currently enrolled in a Master's program of Técnico Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales with a strong interest in occupational health, safety regulations, and risk management, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and support a variety of tasks, including:

  • Assist in the preparation of health and safety documentation, including risk assessments and compliance reports

  • Support the drafting of business proposals and client presentations

  • Analyze workplace safety data and incident trends to identify areas for improvement

  • Research updates to national and local health and safety regulations

  • Help develop training materials and internal safety communications

  • Support senior consultants in audit reports, inspections, and on-site evaluations to deliver to the clients

Ideal candidate:

  • Master's program of Técnico Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in fast-paced environment.

  • Strong initiative and eagerness to learn.

  • Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills.
