Whether you're a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, this paid 10–12 week experience offers a front-row seat to the fast-paced world of hospitality and management. You’ll work side-by-side with leaders, take on meaningful responsibilities, and gain exposure to real-world operations that will elevate your leadership skills and sharpen your career focus. With mentorship, community, and the potential for full-time placement after graduation, this is your chance to explore your passions and build a foundation for long-term success. 

What Will I Do?

As an Intern, you’ll focus on one of the following career areas: 

  • Hospitality Management / Food Service Management 

  • Corporate & Functional Support (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, etc.) 

  • Culinary Management 

  • Retail Management 

Where Will I Work?

Internship opportunities are available across the country, in: 

  • Colleges & universities 
  • Corporate offices 
  • Cultural attractions 
  • National & state parks 
  • Stadiums & arenas 
  • Workplaces & business dining facilities 

Program Highlights

Who Should Apply?

  • Candidates actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any field of study. A major in hospitality, business, culinary, or facilities management is preferred. Please keep in mind that educational requirements may change depending on the responsibilities of the role.  
  • Candidates willing to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship 

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION:The hourly rate for this position is $17 to $28. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
