You will play a critical role in supporting our outbound efforts by researching potential leads, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings with sustainability, facilities, and digital transformation decision-makers across Asia.</p><p style=" line-height:normal;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style=" line-height:normal;">Research and identify potential leads that fit Univers’ ideal customer profile (ICP)</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate meetings</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Qualify leads using criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Manage and update the CRM (Salesforce) with lead status and outcomes</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Assist in preparing outreach materials, including one-pagers and case studies</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Join selected client meetings to observe and learn</li></ul><p style=" line-height:normal;"><strong>What You’ll Learn</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style=" line-height:normal;">Real-world experience in B2B sales and marketing</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Lead generation tactics for cleantech and AI solutions</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">How to qualify enterprise-level accounts</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Usage of tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Understanding of ESG and energy trends in Southeast Asia</li></ul><p style=" line-height:normal;"><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style=" line-height:normal;">Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging senior stakeholders</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Interest in technology, energy, and sustainability topics is a plus</li></ul>
