Position Summary

As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

Placement Area

Planning 

Planning Rookies support the coordination and distribution of new product assortments by utilizing merchandise plans and product strategies. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Retail Merchandising/Buying, Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, Finance, or Economics.

 

Product Supply (Materials)

Under Armour is seeking a Rookie to support the material services team to drive savings in the supply network and provide insights to key decision makers throughout the organization. The role will engage with sustainability, quality, product, sourcing, and innovation teams to advance supply chain goals in alignment with broader Under Armour strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled at creating reports from the ground up, a strong communicator who can clearly articulate information to management, and someone committed to delivering on time across many dependencies.

 

Product Supply (Product Operations)

Product Operations Rookies support the role our Footwear Costing team plays within the footwear product creation process, and hitting UA’s seasonal financial targets. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Supply Chain, Analytics, or Economics.

 

Sourcing 

The Sourcing Rookie position has been designed to support the overall material sourcing operation. Within this position you will gain hands-on experience in driving product innovation and supply chain strategy, while learning and applying basic textile material knowledge and documentation. The role will fully communicate with internal and external teams to follow up and fulfill monthly/seasonal scheduled milestones.  

 

Allocation 

As an Allocation Rookie you’ll support the planning and distribution of product inventory across channels to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time. You’ll analyze sales trends, partner with cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to allocation strategies that drive performance and optimize inventory. This internship is ideal for students pursuing business, supply chain, or analytics with a passion for retail and data-driven decision-making.

Eligibility

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2026 - July 2027).
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Workplace Location

  • Baltimore, MD headquarters office. 
  • Relocation assistance provided.
  • Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.
