The Professional Internship Programme has been designed for those who, like you, want to develop future-ready skills by gaining hands-on experience in a functional area of one of the largest retail companies in the world. Throughout your journey, you’ll receive guidance, feedback and mentorship to help you grow consistently and develop new skills.

 

What can you expect from the programme?

  • Active participation in a project with real impact within one of Jerónimo Martins's corporate areas, such as Commercial, Marketing, Sustainability, Communication, Human Resources, Legal, Logistics, IT, Analytics, Finance, Project Management, among others;

  • A journey lasting between 6 months and 1 year, with the possibility of joining the Organisation afterwards, with development opportunities and a team always ready to support you;

  • The chance to work alongside inspiring professionals with extensive experience, always available to share feedback;

  • A dedicated tutor who will guide you throughout the programme, ensuring a truly enriching experience;

  • Opportunities for development through initiatives and direct contact with our business.

 

We’re looking for someone who…

  • Holds a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in areas relevant to the corporate context, such as Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, Logistics, Technology, Data Science or other related fields;

  • Is proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel;

  • Possesses strong analytical skills, critical thinking and a results-driven mindset;

  • Enjoys working collaboratively, shows initiative and is eager to learn;

  • Is available to work full-time.
