Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.<br /><br />The work model for the role is: On site<br /><br />This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Americas.<br /><br />You will be mainly accountable for:<ul><li>Collaborate in documenting and tracking salary movements and job reclassifications.</li><li>Support the organization and delivery of onboarding pro-grams for new operational employees.</li><li>Contribute to the design and logistics of formative training projects (both in-person and virtual).</li><li>Collect and organize training evidence for each employee in digital files.</li><li>Participate in internal and regulatory audits (ISO / STPS) relat-ed to training and development processes.</li></ul></div><div><br /><br /><b>Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)</b></div><div>Students who will graduate on June 2026 - December 2026 from careers related like Administration, Psychology, Education, Engineering, etc.</div><div>English intermediate - advanced</div><div>Microsoft office, Power APPs</div><div>Training Methodologies</div><div>Effective communication, teamwork, planning and organization, high sense of responsibility<br /> </div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">We value people from different backgrounds.
