JOB SUMMARY

Provide software solutions to our end user population.  Exposure to a wide range of software and hardware skillsets within a hybrid development team. Focus on problem solving development tasks and documented repeatable tasks for maintaining our software ecosystem.

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Follow documented software development and configuration process.
  • Build upon troubleshooting skillset addressing software bugs and enhancements.
  • Exposure to Digital Technology Incident and Requests ticketing system.
  • Develop communication skills through daily interaction with end user populations.
  • Contribute to a favorable working climate through a friendly manner and cooperative attitude within a technology team.
  • Follow established departmental and other required procedures.
  • Willingly assist others as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Understand the requirements and expectations within a team environment and end user population that relies upon that support structure.
  • Learn to meet timelines while adhering to establish standards and level of service.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Student in second year or later of bachelors degree focusing on Digital/Information Technology with an interest/emphasis in Software Development
  • Graduation date of May 2027 or later
  • This is a YEAR-ROUND internship; individual must be willing to work full time over breaks, and 20 hours a week during the school year.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Experience and aptitude with computer software installations and both desktop/laptop hardware.
  • Customer service or support experience.

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $37.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
