About the Role
<div>Job Description:&nbsp;</div><ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"><li style="color:black;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in; vertical-align:baseline;">Keep track of recruitment database.</li><li style="color:black;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in; vertical-align:baseline;">New Hire Onboarding logistics.</li><li style="color:black;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in; vertical-align:baseline;">Assist with companywide safety initiatives.</li><li style="color:black;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in; vertical-align:baseline;">Assist with background check and collect all necessary paperwork for personal files.</li><li style="color:black;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in; vertical-align:baseline;">Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).</li><li style="color:black;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in; vertical-align:baseline;">Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.</li><li style="color:black;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in; vertical-align:baseline;">Work with HR team to perform any other HR administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul><div>Requirements:&nbsp;</div><ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"><li style="color:black;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in; vertical-align:baseline;">Students studying in Human Resources or related degree.</li><li style="color:black;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in; vertical-align:baseline;">Able to work at least 3 days a week, for 3-6 months</li><li style="color:black;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in; vertical-align:baseline;">Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li style="color:black;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in; vertical-align:baseline;">Proactive and result-oriented.</li><li style="color:black;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in; vertical-align:baseline;">Good command of spoken and written English, and preferably one Asian language.</li></ul>
