The Role:

What will you do?

  • Manage communication and performance review with air, ocean, cross boarder trucking and local delivery service providers
  • Assist in service level review and drive improvement projects with service providers 
  • Onboarding for new service providers and assist in SOP development 
  • Implementation of a Freight Management System and Freight Audit Payment for Singapore (including a freight booking system with forwarders and trucking company, document repository system, pre-alert system and end to end visibility system)  
  • Implementation of several sustainability and CO2 projects for Hub Asia 
  • RPA projects to drive improvements in HA processes 
  • An end-to-end process review and leadtime measurement, propagating the performance result with digital tool across the organization

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or related
  • Knowledgeable in manufacturing, supply chain and/or distribution and logistics

  • Good to have: Tableau, Power BI, Python

  • Must have: Microsoft Office
