- Help create simple services proposals for customers across the UK, Ireland, Middle East, and Africa
- Support content creation such as internal updates, newsletters, and solution materials
- Amalgamating best practices and communicating these to the wider Business Unit
Business operations and reporting
You will also gain experience in how a large services organization operates behind the scenes:
- Learn about financial governance and help track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist with strategic programmes such as sales incentive initiatives
- Analyze business data and help create management reports
We're looking for:
- You are in your second year of a four-year degree, where the third year is (or can be) a 12-month industrial placement
- On track to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree
- Eligible to work in the UK and available to start in July 2026 for 13 months
- Comfortable working independently, but confident asking for help when needed
- Well organised, with good time-management skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability with the ability to plan tasks, manage time, and follow through on actions
- Adaptable and able to work to deadlines
- Interested in sales, business development, operations, or consulting with commercial awareness.
- Customer-focused mindset with interest in understanding client needs and challenges
- Results-focused mindset with interest in tracking progress and outcomes
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and comfortable working with people at different levels
- Confidence working with basic business tools and systems (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- A collaborative team player, contributing to team discussions.
