Position Overview
As part of Suntory Beverage & Food AI team, you are expected to support the development and adoption of AI solutions to improve employee productivity and user experience. This role involves analyzing enterprise AI data to anticipate business needs, performing application testing and follow-through for resolution, exploring the available AI tools in market and connecting them with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
• User Needs Assessment: Collaborate with employees across markets to gather and document opportunities that enhance employee productivity
• Conduct User Acceptance Tests : Develop test cases based on user requirements or feedback, perform and coordinate UAT with end-users, track
UAT results for timely resolution
• Effective Communication : Prepare and provide regular updates to stakeholders on product related features and questions
• Adoption Improvement : Track and drive AI product adoption through excellent execution of a robust market-communication plan


Education Requirements
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics or related discipline
Experience & Skills
Technical skills: Understanding of AI concepts (such as model training, accuracy metrics, biases), understanding of API framework and security, LLMs, familiarity with OpenAI
Eager to self-explore and adapt to new technology, particularly in the fast-paced field of Generative AI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exposure to AI technologies or course projects preferred
