You light the way. </p><p></p><p><b>More about the role</b></p><p></p><p>You will be supporting the CRM and web content team for one of our Consumer brands, working as part of the digital marketing operations team in the Consumer business and will work within a team of experts in different areas (SEO, data and insights, web content...).</p><div><ul><li><span><span>Supporting </span><span>the creation of</span><span> a wide variety of digital marketing campaigns geared towards personalization</span><span> across </span><span>channels (</span><span>E</span><span>mail, </span><span>A</span><span>pp, landing pages</span><span>...</span><span>)</span><span>. These include lifecycle campaigns, </span><span>one-off </span><span>campaigns and more.</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Supporting on creating </span><span>campaign briefs</span><span> and playbooks</span><span>, proofreading and double check before the briefings are distributed to the stakeholders.</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Supporting</span><span> </span><span>the creation of campaigns assets such as copywriting</span><span>, </span><span>images</span><span>, A/B </span><span>testing</span><span>s</span><span>, technical </span><span>journeys</span><span> and segmentation strategy.</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Supporting the team on testing every campaign with clearly set hypothesis and data-driven approach.</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Supporting</span><span> the team to meet the deadlines and milest</span><span>ones included in the campaign calendar.</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Supporting</span><span> </span><span>the whole campaign activation process and being able to keep track of the deadlines and deliverables.</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Supporting the team on liaising with the different campaign stakeholders (markets, eCommerce department, third parties, etc.)</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Supporting the team on </span><span>maintaining</span><span> the health of database through smart segmentation.</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Supporting the team on providing inputs in terms of campaign desi</span><span>gn with the aim of the campaigns to be user friendly and </span><span>optimized</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><p></p><p><b>More about you</b></p><ul><li><span><span>Have a bachelor’s </span><span>or a </span><span>master’s </span><span>in </span><span>Advertising</span><span>, Audiovisual Communication, Marketing, </span><span>Business administration</span><span> or similar</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Be passionate about digital marketing.</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Email marketing </span><span>know-how</span><span>. Segmentation and audience management skills.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Design skills in Adobe Photoshop or similar.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Marketing automation tools </span><span>(Adobe Marketing Cloud).</span></span></li><li><span><span>Attention to detail.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Well organized and capable of handling several projects at once. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Be fluent in English and Spanish. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Good</span><span> written and verbal communications skills and </span><span>stakeholders'</span><span> management.</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Microsoft office (Excel, </span><span>Powerpoint</span><span> and Word, basically) for the day-to-day basis.</span></span><span><span> </span></span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Everything we’ll do for you</b></p><p>You can grow a lasting career here.
