About the Role

Summary

As a Product Strategy Intern, you’ll work on a high-impact special project that will influence the future structure, capabilities, and innovation pipeline of La Colombe’s product organization. It’s a chance to help architect the next evolution of a beloved brand.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with senior leaders to explore new models for product development and innovation
  • Conduct consumer research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and whitespace opportunities
  • Help define strategic frameworks that guide how La Colombe brings new products to market
  • Develop and present insights, recommendations, and prototypes to leadership

Requirements

  • Passionate about coffee, consumers, and brand-building
  • A strategic thinker with a creative edge and a bias for action
  • Curious, entrepreneurial, and eager to make a meaningful impact
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working on open-ended challenges
  • Strong communicator with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear narratives
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills
  • Deep interest in consumer behavior, food & beverage, and brand strategy
