Here's how a(n) Legal Intern Summer 2026 for our US Head Office office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

  • Drafting memos, summaries, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Drafting, reviewing, editing, and/or updating forms, legal documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitoring legal and legislative developments within the fields of construction, OSHA, and employment law.
  • Performing legal research, including 50-state surveys.
  • Working with law firms that serve as external counsel to PCL.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should be second- or third-year law students and have an impressive record of academic and/or professional achievement.
  • The ability to collaborate well with multiple attorneys and teams, with exceptional organizational skills when working on multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical, research and writing skills.
  • Sincere interest in construction law. Relevant coursework a plus but not required.

This position is paid hourly between 21 and 26 dollars depending on experience.
