About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist preparation of monthly valuations, calculations, data extraction, and validation checks
  • Assist financial strategy testing through scenario analysis and capital modeling 
  • Assist Preparation financial reports, projections, and management reporting
  • Extract data and perform checks to compile monthly/quarterly financial statements
  • Verify and document valuation methodologies and assumptions in financial models 
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and interpret results to provide business insights
  • Identify operational improvements for enhanced efficiency in financial reporting

 

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University students major in Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Insurance or Finance with strong mathematics background
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Prophet, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) or other computer programming language is an advantage
