Jumpstart 2026 Summer Leadership Program - Blue & Co., LLC

Think Big. Think Blue. Bold Ideas, Real Connections, & Endless Opportunities

If you’re thinking big about your future, Jumpstart 2026 is where it begins. This two-day immersive experience will open your eyes to the exciting possibilities of public accounting and give you the momentum to launch your career.

At Blue & Co., bold ideas are encouraged, real connections are built, and endless opportunities are within reach.

 

Over two high-energy days, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with motivated accounting students from across the region
  • Build lasting relationships and network with accounting professionals, firm leaders, and future colleagues
  • Enjoy an evening at a Cincinnati Reds game (June 24 Reds vs Brewers)
  • Participate in team challenges, interactive presentations, and hands-on group learning sessions
  • Contribute through a collaborative community service project that makes an impact while sharpening leadership skills

By the end of Jumpstart 2026, you’ll have a fresh perspective on public accounting, a powerful network, and a clear vision of where your career could take you – possibly right into an internship with Blue & Co.

Renaissance Cincinnati Hotel, Cincinnati, OH
Cost: Expenses covered by Blue, except travel

Who Should Apply

  • Rising sophomore, junior, or senior
  • Accounting major on track to meet CPA requirements
  • Minimum GPA 3.2
  • Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular and volunteer activities
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
