For customers on boarding and risk management, Digitap.ai extracts the data<br>from various sources through web scraping.<br><br><strong>Role Overview</strong><br>We are looking for a Python Backend Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to<br>building scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Python, a<br>keen interest in backend development, and a willingness to explore areas such as APIs,<br>databases, and web scraping. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and gain hands-<br>on experience in designing, developing, and deploying production-ready systems.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>● Assist in designing and developing backend systems using Python and related<br>frameworks.<br>● Support in building and maintaining RESTful APIs for integration with frontend and<br>third-party services.Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to store, manage, and<br>retrieve data efficiently.<br>● Learn and apply performance optimization techniques in code and databases.<br>● Contribute to internal tools and automation projects to enhance development<br>efficiency.<br>● Explore and implement web scraping techniques under guidance to gather and<br>process data.<br><br><strong>Required Skills</strong><br>● Strong understanding of Python programming fundamentals.<br>● Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and web frameworks (such as Flask or FastAPI).<br>● Familiarity with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.<br>● Interest or exposure to web scraping and data extraction concepts.<br>● Strong logical thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving attitude.<br>● Good communication and teamwork skills.<br><br><strong>Nice to Have</strong><br>● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).<br>● Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.<br>● Basic understanding of microservices architecture and API integration.<br><br><strong>Qualification</strong><br>Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or<br>a related field.
