About the role:

As a Collaboration Automation intern, you will help build practical solutions that will improve how our employees work together.

 

You will report to the User Experience & Collaboration Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build simple automation flows with Power Automate to help reduce manual work for common tasks
  • Develop and update SharePoint Online sites and lists to support team collaboration
  • Create basic apps or digital tools that make it easier for employees to work together
  • Document steps and instructions for solutions so others can use them
  • Work with team members to understand collaboration needs and suggest improvements
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and help with troubleshooting or testing new solutions

 

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, or computer science
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Completed Sophomore year of college
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams)
  • Experience with collaborative or automation platforms from coursework or personal projects

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $22.69 to $27.50 per hour.
