You will support process improvement, tooling, analytics, and help make our sales engine more efficient and scalable.</p><p style="margin-top:6.05pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;margin-left:6.35pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent:0cm;line-height:103%;"><strong><br></strong></p><p style="margin-top:6.05pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;margin-left:6.35pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent:0cm;line-height:103%;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and clean sales & CRM data to ensure data accuracy and hygiene</li><li>Build dashboards, reports & visualizations to track key sales metrics</li><li>Support in sales process design, mapping and documentation</li><li>Assist in automation, tool integration, and workflow optimizations</li><li>Monitor sales funnel health; identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements</li><li>Coordinate with Sales, Marketing & Product teams to align on metrics, forecasts, and goals</li><li>Help with training or onboarding sales staff on tools, playbooks, and best practices</li><li>Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions.<br><br><strong>What are we looking for </strong></li><li>Current undergraduate or postgraduate student (Preferably in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields)</li><li>Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with numbers</li><li>Good Excel / Google Sheets skills (including formulas, pivot tables)</li><li>Basic understanding of sales processes & metrics</li><li>Familiarity or eagerness to learn CRMs and sales tools</li><li>Good communication skills — able to present insights, findings</li><li>Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven</li><li>Real-world sales operations in SaaS environment</li><li>How to design scalable sales processes</li><li>Data analytics, KPI tracking, dashboarding</li><li>Tool integrations & automation</li><li>Cross-functional stakeholder management</li></ul>
