About the Role
<p><strong>TRADING OPERATIONS AT IMC:</strong></p>
<p>IMC is currently looking for a talented and passionate Trading Operations Specialist to play a critical role in maintaining and perfecting our trading systems. As a Trading Operations Specialist, you will be part of highly motivated team, facing the daily challenge of managing a high-volume data flow in a complex environment distributed over a low latency infrastructure. In this role you will be exposed to many technical and trading challenges while ensuring high availability, stability and performance of the end-to-end environment.</p>
<p>This role provides frequent challenges, as no day is the same as the next. The person in this role will have the opportunity to make a considerable impact as part of a dedicated, dynamic global team.</p>
<p><strong>Your Core Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor, manage and update pricing tools</li>
<li>Act as point of contact between traders and internal support desks</li>
<li>Liaison to external issuers, vendors and data providers</li>
<li>Work and support the market making trade book</li>
<li>Verify backend processes (trade reporting, pnl recording)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Skills and Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Recent university graduate or current university student graduating before August 2026 with a degree in a quantitative field of study (e.g. Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Econometrics, or related field)</li>
<li>Strong quantitative skill set</li>
<li>Superb eye for detail</li>
<li>Ability to develop and improve existing tools to affect significant results within the company</li>
<li>Ability to multi task, organize, and communicate effectively</li>
<li>Experience in a programming language (e.g. Python, Matlab or R) is an advantage but not required</li>
<li>Genuine interest in financial markets, though no prior knowledge or experience is required</li>
<li>A team player – at IMC we’re all in it together</li>
<li>Must be available to start full time employment in August 2026</li>
</ul>

<p>The Base Salary range for the role is included below. Base salary is only one component of total compensation; all full-time, permanent positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including paid leave and insurance. <p>Base Salary: $200,000</p>
