About the role:

As an HR Total Rewards intern, you will report to the Senior Retirement Consultant and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help with Data Validation for payroll and vendors on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and project basis
  • Help with setup and testing of Service Now system
  • Lead retirement task project mapping project
  • Lead file sorting and digitization project
  • Help with Retirement Team absence coverage and inquiry research
  • Coordinate regulatory mailings
  • Help with Annual retirement plan audit requests
  • Help inventory Global benefits and financial wellbeing resources
  • Help with consolidation and creation of "desk manual" for procedures
  • Rollout of revamped retirement plan committees

 

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or other related analytical degree
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Completed Sophomore year of college
  • Project management skills, organized and able to quickly transition between multiple tasks
  • No relocation assistance provided

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $18.70 to $22.69 per hour.
